Spain: 8 anarchist comrades released on bail; Enrique still remains in custody

[Update October 30] Information collected via various sources

Judge Juan Pablo Gonzales, deputy magistrate of the Madrid Central Court of Instruction number 3 has agreed to the release on bail of 5 comrades with bails set at 5000 euros, the release on bail of one comrade with bail set at 4000 euros, the release on conditional bail (weekly reporting and surrendering of passports) of 2 comrades and the imprisonment of one comrade who is a labor lawyer by profession.

6 of the comrades who received bail will be released when the amounts set by the judge are paid. The other 2 comrades who received bail are about to be released.

It has been confirmed that the operation was designed entirely by the Catalan police with no direct investigation from the National Court as was previously thought.

At the rally this morning in front of the building of the National Court over one hundred comrades demonstrated in solidarity.

On Saturday morning there will be two more demonstrations in Salamanca and Zamora.
